I always get a Preliminary Title Report for my sellers up front. The title report reveals facts about the property, its taxes/liens, its title holders and more. Sometimes, these facts may need attention before, or during the sale of your home in order to allow your escrow to close. Getting this report as soon as possible allows ample time for any issues to be addressed. Watch for further explanation of the importance of the Preliminary Title Report.
